This role includes responsibility for the internal production of the architectural drawings and requires high-level proficiency generating architectural models in Revit. Significant experience in the generation of design and graphics, project coordination, technical production, and assisting with planning research is critical. Other responsibilities will likely include consultant coordination and management of the day-to-day production tasks of internal team members.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience using Revit for architectural documentation.
  • Prior Healthcare experience with level of responsibility described above is preferred but not required

RECEPTIONIST           

Reports Directly to Manager of Internal Practices

 

Summary:

The receptionist is the first impression of our office and is responsible for greeting visitors and answering the telephone efficiently while being calm, courteous and demonstrating a professional demeanor.  As part of the administrative support team, the receptionist will also be responsible for general office support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries about Shepley Bulfinch and its products or services.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls.
  • Greet guests and direct them as appropriate.
  • Assume some security guard access control functions by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities.
  • Opens the office in the morning.
  • Ensure that all doors are closed and locked nightly.
  • Upkeep the appearance of the reception and waiting area.
  • Special assignments for projects as assigned by Manager of Internal Practices.
  • Edit and maintain the firm calendar.
  • Point of contact for tenant’s Administrative needs (i.e. room reservations)
  • Update and maintain firm phone list and office maps.
  • Manage building and maintenance work orders.
  • Coding and ordering of building access badges.
  • Edit, place and track all business card orders.
  • Back up other Project Support staff.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in design field or similar preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Newforma, Deltek, OpenAsset, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are a plus.
  • Experience in office environment preferred.

Summary: The Human Resources Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support for the full range of HR functions. Daily interaction with all levels of staff is typical.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, checking references, assembling offer packets, conducting phone screens
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Answer routine questions from employees and applicants regarding employment policies, benefits and other HR-related topics

We are seeking an interior designer to join our practice who thrives in a highly creative and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include participation in all phases of a project including but not limited to conceptual design, space planning, architectural interior detailing – including millwork and RCPs, development of finish and furniture concepts, and writing furniture specifications. Knowledge of lighting is a plus. Additionally, this role includes the opportunity to lead and mentor internal team members, and communicate with clients.
